With the new Afore Azteca Assisted Registration App, as an authorized advisor, you will be able to register your clients who do not yet have an Afore account with Afore Azteca.

To become an Authorized Advisor, you must first register in the Afore Azteca systems, where you will be assigned a user number and a password to use this App.

If your client already has an Afore account, you should refer them to an Afore Promoter Agent at any Banco Azteca branch.

Now, you can advise your clients and assist them in completing their registration process in a Quick, Easy, and Secure manner.

1. Advise your client on the basic concepts of their Afore account and the benefits of Afore Azteca.
2. Verify their identity by registering their CURP, phone number, and email address.
3. Ask them to take a selfie and photograph their official identification.
4. Show them the contract and the Document of Net Yields.
5. Record a short video of them expressing their intention to proceed with the process and register their address.

Your client can now enjoy the benefits of Afore Azteca and have control over their Afore account.
